Hayashi - Fujikawaguchiko

I was looking for a place for dinner around Lake Kawaguchi and visited here because it was highly rated. The cheapest pork shabu shabu course for two people, a few dishes, and a glass of alcohol each, and I felt that the cost performance was good at about 4000 yen per person. It was handled by a cheerful hostess and a caring female staff. As for the reason for 1, I waited for one dish for a long time, but it never came. I think I forgot to make it due to timing, but it felt like I was pushing for it, which was a shame. The people I went with said they felt the same way. Even if I was really going to start making it now, I think I should say This dish will take time when I receive the order. Mistakes are unavoidable, but I felt that the subsequent response lacked sincerity. Maybe I expected too much from the customer. . . However, the atmosphere was relaxed and the food was delicious. There are many types of condiments for shabu shabu, which is interesting. I would like to visit again when I go to Kawaguchiko. 河口湖周辺で夕食の場所探していて評価の良かったこちらにお邪魔しました。 2人で食べて一番お安い豚しゃぶのコースと1品料理数点、お酒も1杯ずつ飲んで1人4000円程でコスパ良いと感じました。 明るい接客の女将さんと気遣いバッチリの女性スタッフさんで対応されていました。 １の理由ですが、、、 お料理が一品だけずっと待っていても来ないので、聞いてみたところ「申し訳ございません！ちょうど今から作るところでした」との回答が。タイミング的に作るのを忘れていたのだと思いますが、こちらが催促したような感じになってしまい、残念な気持ちでした。一緒に行った人も同じように感じたとの事。 もし、本当に今から作るところであったとしても、注文受けた時に「こちらの料理はお時間掛かります」と言うべきだと思うのです。 ミスは仕方のない事ですが、その後の対応が誠実さに欠けると感じてしまいました。接客に期待し過ぎてしまったのかもしれませんが。。。 ですが、落ち着いた雰囲気でお料理も美味しくて満足でした。しゃぶしゃぶの薬味も種類が多くて面白いです。河口湖方面に行く際にはまた伺いたいと思います。

Mediocre shabu. Better off buying some meat from the butchery or supermarket. Not worth your time try something else !!!

Delicious food with great service and English guidelines and menu. try the Tofu side dish with sesam dressing.
