Ramen Muranaka - Fukui

Great experience! the service is fast, despite only 1 person that prepares the ramen. the boss is very kind and tries to show us pictures of the different raves that we are not local. we ordered chashu wheels, chicken frames and nebelramen and all tasted great. price is reasonable. due to more limited sitting, one might have to wait if there is large quantity.

近所にできたので、初めて行ってきました。片町の方から移転されてこられたそうです。 鳥白湯ラーメンを食べました！ ふわふわのラーメンスープに麺が絡んで最後まで美味しかったです。 鳥チャーシューで、お肉も柔らかくしっとりしていて、チャシューのガッツリお肉感が苦手な私でも美味しくいただけました また、リピしたいお店です！

遅めのランチだったからか待たずに注文できました。旦那は鶏白湯、私はエビ旨煮そばを注文。待ってる間、勢いよく野菜を炒める音や匂いが漂ってきて期待感が増します。そしてテーブルに運ばれて一口。とろみでコーティングされて熱々旨々でした。 大きめのエビ、ぷりぷりのキクラゲ、シャキシャキ野菜もちろん麺もスープもいつまでも熱くて美味しかった。 鶏白湯も美味しかったそうなので次は私も食べようと思います。

I had the Chinese soba. The soup is delicious, but the noodles are thick. There's a difference between a lot and a lot. I prefer noodles that are more slippery and chewy.
