I would go there before the restaurant gets too famous. Definitely a Michelin Star restaurant. Best kept secret of Fukui.

寿司以外の料理ついてはハイレベルかつ、若手の挑戦を感じる内容。しかも引き出しが多い。 寿司自体はシャリが水分多めに感じて好みが分かれるのかも知れないけど、しっかり技術を感じる。 もちろん日本には更に美味しい店もあるけど価格は2倍とか予約待ち1ヶ月とかすること考慮するとギリ空きがあるし技術からしたら安いしで星5。

全てが美味しい オシャレ。 色んな地酒やワインもあり、オススメをいただきました。 富山のスズ製のお猪口で呑むと格別。 8席なので予約した方が良いと思います。

One of the best sushi restaurant I ever tried in japan. the restaurant should be booked later in the night, but the cook was very nice to let us in and quickly served us a delicious meal. ingredients are so fresh and well matched with sake. small restaurant and it is good
