Fuku-chan Ramen - Fukuoka

Without any doubt it is the best tasting ramen in fukuoka. old, nostalgic and of a dedicated and hard working family that never compromises in quality, this place is a must when they visit fukuoka. best part is if they can not finish their suppe for ¥150 they can get a refill on noodles. they also serve fried rice and gyoza just as well.

As recommended by fukuoka now website, we took the subway all the way to the outskirts to try this ritter. we arrived at 1 o'clock on a Saturday and swore for 30 minutes. not disappointed. the trek worth! the broth was very authentic, thick and creamy. this is a No-Frills 100% local Hakata-Ramen. char siew was thick, and strained by garlic and early onsoon. there is no English menu, but they can simply show on the photo in the fukuoka now brochure. only 600 yen for a bowl! they can also order 10 gyozas for 350 yen. also baked rice seems to be popular. the waiter asks them whether they want their nudes hard, medium or soft. highly recommended if they have time!

常に行列の耐えない人気店。 名前を書いて外の簾の中にある椅子で待つスタイルです。 大盛りラーメン、餃子、チャーハンを注文。熱々で出てくるのでヤケド注意です。特にスープが美味な為、ついつい一気に食べ初めてしまいます。 味は奥深く、油が浮かんでいて、豚骨の香りが凄い割にはスッキリとした後味です。麺に関しては、私はもう少し細いほうが好みですが、食べごたえは抜群です！ チャーハンはしっとりしていて、優しい味なので、ラーメンに良く合います。 餃子は一口餃子なのであっという間になくなりました。 駐車場は広めですのが、時間帯を選ばないと大分待たなければいけないのが難点。ただ、待っても食べる価値は有ります！

Original 土曜日17時に行きましたが4組待ち程度でした。 ラーメンは美味しくネギ、チャーシュー、スープも通常より多めで良心的だが、スープはいっそ少なめのチョイスも出来ると良いかも。 知らないだけで出来るのか？ すりごま、胡椒、紅生姜、生ニンニク、フライドガーリック、ニラ唐辛子と味変アイテムが豊富なのも良い。特にフライドガーリックが好きでした。 餃子は福岡のひとくち餃子で10ｺ入りですが小さいので食べやすい。 店内装飾の年季の入り方が凄かったです
