Hyotan Sushi - Fukuoka

Very delicious! Try everything, especially as a visitor! The quality is excellent, and the price is fair for what you enjoy. I would recommend visiting seasonal fish. Favourites include all mackerel, flock fins and various white fish!

I wanted to show up early because there was a long list. This place is popular with locals as well as tourists. This place serves a wide selection of sushi (Walchzunge). The quality is also spectacular. Staff are very friendly and have menus in different languages. Very recommended.

It's a great sushi restaurant. Long queue every time we go. The average waiting time is 15 minutes if you are only two to four people. There are various foods, including cooked food. It's good for people who don't like raw food.

Excellent sushi quality! Fair price and good service. Expect to sit. It is not easy to find this location, especially if you plan to dinate at night. The entrance is small and the store is on the second floor. The best is if you make a reservation. I was there on the rainy weekday, but I had to wait. I had my favorite sushi choice, but other party had a course menu. Both were excellent.

Got in line about 15-20 minutes before opening. People were lined up, but managed to get in the first wave. Quick service, friendly staff. Went with a friend that wasn't a big fan of fish, and even he loved it. Fresh sashimi (not a strong, fishy taste). English and Korean menus. Definitely worth the wait!!
