Motsunabe Yamanaka Honten - Fukuoka

Would recommend this place, they have excellent motsu nabe. This is a family-friendly restaurant and you can bring your children. For Koreans, the hub can be little salty, so bring a bottle of water and you can add something to your taste.

Super food and best service you can for a relaxing. Very happy with the delicious food. I'd like to come here for dinner every month. Two thumbs for this restaurant!!!

Motsunabe is a must try, being a famous Fukuoka dish. However, it as a hard to acquire taste. Some Western tongues will find the fat, well, too fatty. This place is way out of the way, with absolutely nothing around. So, it’s probably best to just try closer to the tourist spots as this meal may not be as memorable as you’d like. As to the restaurant; clean, good quality (if you like offals), but location, location, location.
