The balance between rice and fish was perfect, along with amazing taste of red vinegar spiced rice and excellent products, it was just incredibly good. There is a reason for every tiny part with a great method, practice and professionalism.
The best sushi I ever had! It is made with special red vinegar and such something could be a little different than what one would expect from regular sushi, but it makes for an unforgettable experience.

Food was superbly good. Everything served was fresh and delicious. If you're lucky, you'd get to try sea cucumber ovaries. Chef Kenji was just excellent and spoke good English. He's knowledgeable and very determined in serving quality food. It may be slightly expensive but it's a very worthwhile experience.
Loved it. The subtle creativity provided surprises through out the meal. The portion is generous as well. Will definitely go back again.
