Sooo delicios, which I danced right after eating Sushi.
Rating this only at 4 stars in comparison to my best sushi experience ever, which means this is higher than most 5 stars I've given. The location is terrific, less stuffy than Tokyo equivalents. Quality is extremely high and excellent service. Some really standout nigiri on the Omakase menu.
The food here 5/5 All dishes and Nigiri taste good. The price is reasonable for the set menu and dishes. (Around $120 per person), but the Nigiri sushi is way over priced. The Service is 3/5 The front manager was very friendly and professional. That’s the extra star on top of 3 stars. We ordered six dishes off the menu and they all throw out at same time. How can they do that, especially when this is a Omakase Restaurant. It makes you feel like you’re in a Chinese restaurant. Maybe I do look like Korean or Chinese. No chefs paid attention on us at all. The restaurant is not busy at all, so what’s the rush for? If any foreigner wants to experience how a Black people dines in a steak house in Texas, I promise you can find here. One of the chefs 2nd from the left, constantly had a dry cough every minute. And he used his left hand to cover his mouth each time when he coughed. WTF! If this is in India maybe it’s ok, but not in one of the G7 countries. This is almost is common sense issue. Thank the Lord he didn’t make my food. Maybe the local Japanese customers’ immure systems are super strong. Overall, it was a good food experience for the trip in Fukuoka,
I got the take lunch set course. everything was pretty good. i love the nigiri pieces the most, although i think i was short of 2 piece since it’s supposed to be 9 pieces i think? oh well. sitting at the counter was also nice.
