Bwon Shabu Bbq - Fullerton

Food was great except for the small grilles that cook uneven, the shabu shabu was amazing!Service was great, got sat down quickly and our server was really friendly. Bad side was it was really really hot inside, they had a swamp cooler thing going but that didn't help at all.

So we originally called to make sure they had what we wanted. Shabu and garlic pork belly and rice paper . They said yes. We get there and they don't have either one we start ordering. They didn't even have plates or bowls to get from the buffet. I could give no stars I would. The buffet was half empty hardly anything at the buffet , waited a few minutes they brang plates out. Then there was no rice paper left no garlic pork belly. The soju was horrible . Service sucked in the begining until Arron I believe his name was helped us n tried to make things right. I will never go back a waiste of 170$.

Been here multiple times. Service is amazing. Atmosphere is great and most of all great on communications with food allergens. Definitely a must try. Make sure you come hungry.Food: 5/5

Food wasn’t anything memorable. Buffet had flies constantly landing on the sushi but luckily I didn’t go for the sushi. To top it off there was NO AC. They had a portable unit at the front of the restaurant near the entrance but our party of 7 plus 2 babies 1yr and younger were seated in the middle of the restaurant where there was absolutely no ac or air flowing. My baby had a heat rash on her neck by the time we left. Tbh this was the worst kbbq/hotpot experience I’ve ever had. The heat wave here just started so why would they not have their ac fixed? The waitress told us the buildings ac was broken hence the portable ac unit at the front. There was a bald man not too far from us and his sweat was pouring off his head. Very disgusting. Don’t come here during a heat wave and no ac unless you don’t mind hotpot/kbbq I’m a sauna. We couldn’t leave because our friends from out of town were visiting and we were crunched for time.

First time trying Bwon, what can I say? I'm amazed by the food and the server was just simply amazing. Hello Andy, thanks for taking good care us. All 14 in our group had our belly's full. Be coming back!!!Food: 5/5
