Contribuisci feedbackI ordered for delivery, had a a dipping cup and coke on the order with my two pizzas. my delivery driver brought us the pizzas but forgot the rest of the order.However, he immediately noticed, informed me, and left to retrieve the rest of the order. I was really thankful because he could have just done nothing, or even worse, not even realize. I tried to tip him extra but he refused, citing it was his mistake, he couldn’t take it. I understood.shoutout to simon for being my pizza guy. i respect his diligence and if i ever have an order that’s messed up i’ll forgive it if it’s simon delivering my order. thanks simon!
Pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the pizzas, pastas, tots, and sandwiches. Has been a long time since I ate from Dominos and we have now ordered delivery 4 times! Only reason for just 4 stars is that one delivery person left the food outside and left. No knock, no doorbell, nothing! Glad we noticed vehicle leaving or we might not have checked the porch. All in all, we are absolutely enjoying having Dominos!

You can only order food for pick-up or delivery from this location. I have always ordered for pick-up. The food is always ready when I arrive and still hot by the time I get home. Our orders have always been correct, every time. Probably 40 orders over the last 3 years and always correct. When I don’t pay online for pick-up, at the worst I’ve had to wait for one customer ordering to pay at location, and order was ready to go! I like and appreciate this locations services and highly recommend.Parking: Parking is free on commonwealth if there isn’t a spot right out front, you can park in the back for free also
I don't usually do reviews unless it's necessary. This is pertaining to the occasion that occurred on Thursday night, the 9th of November around 7pm. I want to pickup my order which came out in timely fashion since that day there was an ongoing sale for pizzas and it was really busy. But apparently your store dealt with a customer who was not satisfied with not only their order but apparently the phone call in which they placed their order. Due to the high volume you would think someone would understand but this customer did not. I remember the blonde employee being very respectful and servicial during this moment as I myself am a manager, I was able to notice how she applied great customer service to the situation. Respectful words, thoughtful solutions and hoping that the customer would find their newly remade order was to their satisfaction. The customer did not care for it and was reluctant on letting the employee and staff know that what they sounded like on the phone was wrong. It's a busy day, there's several orders and there's a promotion going on, employees are not expected to be perfect especially when it comes to ongoing pressure. That set expectation is wrong and it is something that, unfortunately, corporate does not see. Therefore, if this is seen by anyone higher up or specifically the store please let it be known that the situation was handheld with total professionalism and the staff deserves to be defended.Anyway, thanks for the pizza guys. It was really delicious!
