Pizza Hut - Fullerton

Wish I could give 0 stars...Called and placed and order over an hour ago. They said it would be about 35-45 minutes. An hr passed so called to check the status. The order wasn't even put into the system. So we tried to get the order placed and the girl on the phone was rude as heck. Kept acting like she didnt hear what the order was. My familys been coming to this pizza hut for about 20 years. To receive this kind of service is absolutely ridiculous and we will make sure to NEVER order from here again due to this stupidity and negligence...

I frequent Euclid location because they are fast and the pizza is always delicious! When you order carry-out online, this location has good deals. Thank you!

Gotten lunch from here a handful of times. Order was ready and food was good.

Manager is very rude and curses at his customers, for his own mistakes. I am surprised with all the complaints I see written here that he’s still working there. Whatever happened to customer service ? It is NONEXISTENT at this Pizza Hut-we will never order from this location again.

I’m here waiting in lobby to order pizza, been standing here for 15 minutes and not one employee has come to great me or ask me for help, they need to train people to do their job properly. I will NEVER COME HERE OR ORDER HERE! BAD BAD SERVICE OR SHOULD I SAY NO SERVICE AT ALLLLL!
