Pizza Hut - Fullerton

I had a fantastic experience with the delivery service! The delivery person provided exceptional customer service, and I apologize for not giving the correct phone number and apartment information. When I called the store because my order was late, they informed me that he had left at 5:18 and delivered at 5:24—super fast! I wanted to write a positive review in hopes that his management recognizes his efforts, if they don't already. By the way, he even asked the neighbors for help finding me since I hadn’t provided the right information. THANK YOU - RYAN - Happy Holidays!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the pizza was disappointing. The pizzas arrived lukewarm, so I had to drive back to get replacements, which weren’t much better. I've been a loyal Pizza Hut customer since childhood, but this will be my final visit.

This is the worst Pizza Hut place to begin with. Ordered specifically no cheese and I got the order with cheese, I guess the person on the phone was too busy messing up another order. Employees need training for customer service 101. This place deserved Zero star, unfortunately I have to give a one.

If I could give zero I would. Called to place order and hubby went to pick it up. They said they didn't have anyone under the name and then when my husband gave the number to the place to double check and she said it was the wrong number. My husband then looked it up and said it was the correct Pizza Hut. Then she insisted on not having it for another 20 min until finally she looked and saw the order had been there all along. Then we finally get the cold pizza and breadsticks home and it tastes like trash. 50 dollars down rhe drain and I feel sick after basically eating straight grease. So nasty!!

Very disappointing. I really don't understand how Pizza Hut is still in business given the poor quality and high prices. There are plenty of other pizza places in town that offer much better quality at much more reasonable prices.
