Pizza Hut - Fullerton

The worst Pizza Hut I have ever had in my life!!! It was awful, a lot of tomato sauce not fully cooked and very less toppings!! Awful We threw it in the trash !! This location was the worst!! Now I don't like Pizza Hut anymore and I will choose a different pizza company to deal with!!!

This is the worst Pizza Hut place to begin with. Ordered specifically no cheese and I got the order with cheese, I guess the person on the phone was too busy messing up another order. Employees need training for customer service 101. This place deserved Zero star, unfortunately I have to give a one.

Delivery driver didn 't want to give me my food order until I gave him a tip! ' Ordered my food to be delivered to hospital emergency room. Police had area blocked off due to construction. I had a walk a block to meet the driver. Got there and my food was in 3 separate containers. I asked if he had a bag of some sort. He then tries to cram my items into an empty pizza box, insisting that I give me a tip before he gives me my food items. I 've never had anything like this happen in my entire life...besides the fact that my order already had a delivery fee built into it.

Just don 't. I felt like being cheap and unhealthy today. What a TRASH choice I made. LOL. They charge a service fee on your order regardless of delivery or carry out. SCAM MUCH?!? They also charge you for the little packets of Parmesan cheese and pepper. . What a joke Pizza Hug is now. TRASH COMPANY. Oh and just like their food, service and pricing.... they are SO dirty. Hahaha what a joke. It 's funny to me because I 'm the idiot who made the DUMB decision to buy food from them. Owning up to my stupidity. Never again will I give this TRASH COMPANY my money.

So last night I ordered a pizza and wings to grab on the way home. I ordered it online with 4 ranch and it didn 't let me Apple Pay so I chose the selection to pay in store. I get there and wait about 5 minutes until the guy comes from the back, then I pay for my order. He brings it to me and I ask where the ranch was. He said it didn 't come with ranch and I would have to pay for it. I explain that I did and I got my phone and seen that for some reason it didn 't charge me. The guy got really rude and told me it was my problem that i didn 't get charged and I would have to slide my card again. My card sometimes locks up if I slide it to many times at the same places in a row. So o tell him I 'll just take a refund and he said no !! Then walked away from the counter!! I get the guy in the backs attention and he calls the guy back to the front and the guy says can I help you like he didn 't know who I was. I ended up going next door and pulling 5 bucks out to get my ranch. This guy brody that works at night has a foul attitude and the worst customer service skills I 've ever seen.
