Sizzler - Fullerton

This restaurant is a family favorite. The salad bar is clean and well-stocked, and the service is excellent. There's plenty of seating available, making it a great option for large groups.

There were safer places to eat in the early 1500's. This establishment should have their license to serve food revoked. An embarrassment to today's society of food. To start, the kid who took our order had a serious attitude for no reason. If you don't like working at Sizzler, go somewhere else. This is my first and last time eating at Sizzler. The baked potato tastes like baked drywall. Zero flavor, tastes chalky, and feels overall unsafe to eat. I ate two bites. The steak tastes like it was grown in a lab by a 12 year old. Salad bar is trash. I ordered the steak and lobster. I would feel safer ordering lobster from 7-11. That's saying something. The fries taste like a toddler made fries out of Play-doh and someone threw them in the oven. I now currently have violent food poisoning. Thanks Sizzler. I've reported this to the BBB and sent a letter to the health inspector.

On our way in traffic and found a spot we hadn't been to in a very long time. Our old location was closed many years ago and we hadn't been since. So the dining room was clean, but a bit dated. Salad bar looked scrumptious and the pasta and taco bar did as well. The menu has since changed since we last ate here, but my bf opted for a burger and i for the salad bar and we can say it did not disappoint. Definitely was worth our money. The service.. I have to say Julia was phenomenal! Very attentive, friendly and just all around pleasant. Was great seeing that so many people knew her by name. That says a lot. Either she's very helpful or they just go there a lot. Doesn't matter, she made our time very pleasant. Will we be back, it's a drive away from our area, but if we're back in the area and wanted a bite, I think we may, Thank you for your excellent customer service Julia!

The service is wonderful. We have been coming here for decades and hopefully will continue..... Unfortunately I do need to let the management know of something I saw during my visit today . It was lunchtime about 1:15. We ordered the salad bar lunch as we usually do . After my salad, I then went to the warm foods area to see what they have.... As I was looking over the buffet, an employee had a clear water jug . He was pouring some water into the nacho cheese and stirring it a couple of times to make the cheese liquidated. cheese maybe was sitting there too long? He then also poured water into the tomatoe sauce with meatballs and was stirring that over and over adding water here and there! Buy then I was grossed out and very surprised ! We left shortly feeling quite disappointed that this is happening ..... I am hoping this yelp goes far to the management where this will be taken seriously.

Restaurant is clean and spacious. Food is fresh and delicious. Got their $14.99 6oz steak with salad. It was really good. Service is good. No complaints.
