Contribuisci feedbackI didn't like my meal from Sonic many years ago however, I stopped in to try the advertised 2 Patty melts for $5. They were not worth eating. The managers should try their own food and not sell products that are awful.
Never have any complaints about this location. Usually always quick and precise with my order. It is fairly cheap yet always delicious. Everything from Jalapeño poppers to a Hot dog or even French toast bites. Wash it all down with a refreshing Slushywith nerds and cherry burst to quench your thirst.
Still waiting on my response from corporate regarding my refund due to food poisoning my wife and I had on June 11th. It 's been over 3 months now and I have made several calls to corporate but I just keep getting the runaround. They just tell me that it 'sbeen escalated and offer me a reference number. They also offered me a $10 credit on the app, which I respectfully declinedfor 2 reasons. 1. I paid a little over $20 for our order and I don 't use the Sonic app. 2. I have no desire to eat at a Sonicever again especially after experiencing food poisoning.
It's not their fault... but you can tell they're clearly understaffed... you can see the stress level on their poor faces, with full drive up stalls, and a busy drive thru... had to go back because they forgot to hand me some items.. and they put lettuceon my burger when I had asked for no lettuce... in a addition to a broken milkshake machine (hello McDonald's) it used to bea great place.. but I'm seeing the quality of service decline every where. Even had a horrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings???? with one server during happy hour ???? so now their's two places I hate..
We ordered with UberEats because we were very hungry and have no possibility to go out from the college. The order was supposed to arrive at 1.05am, but it arrived more than 30 min later, and the food was all cold. After this, we opened the burgers and wenoticed that all 3 of them were wrong: -pickles missing in the first -cheese not removed in the second and my friend couldn?teat the entire burger because of that (paid addition of tomatoes was missing too) -in the third sauces and paid addition oftomatoes and bacon were missing. We called the restaurant, but they were like ?there?s nothing we can do, it?s not our job tobring you new food.? They acted rude, like they don?t care and it?s not their fault, and I found the whole situation reallydisrespectful to us. They told us to ask for refund on the app and come pick your food on another date, but we needed the foodin that moment. They didn?t try to fix it and we ended up eating nothing or something different from what we paid at 2am. Youhave really work hard to do such a big mistake like that and acting annoyed when the client is complaining.
