Contribuisci feedbackI've never been inside this shop, always just drive thru. but while I was there the couple of hours just on my laptop. I couldn't help but noticed the great atmosphere and customer service these employees give to each an everyone that walks thru that door. The good morning welcomes. To them acknowledging guest that have been waiting, ask for their name so they can let them know how much longer. Kudos to the employees and the well management. I'm a general manager myself and couldn't happen but noticed all the great stuff I saw and heard today.
My visit to this store was extremely disappointing even tho this is my Starbucks I used to visit all the time. Despite ordering six drinks through the mobile, they got my order wrong and wasted an entire hour of my time to make it correct. Additionally, the service staff displayed a terrible attitude. This incident occurred on Wednesday, February 28th afternoon. I sincerely hope this store improves its training to deliver better service in the future.
Rude employees. Refused to give a little steamed milk to make the drink less sweet and the cashier arrogantly said she can only give cold half and half and I would have to wait for the whole line of orders before she will give it to me. Why has Starbucks become so substandard? I do not even want to drink this anymore! Yuck!! It is like drinking their Rude attitude!!! What a waste of $6.45!!!
Every employee there works for their money. I couldn't do it. They definitely deserve a pay
How do you make a iced americano without the ice, i ask for iced americano with pumpkin foam forgets to put it so they removed the ice and put the pumpkin foam without ice . nice . you guys always mess up on my drinks just like last time .
