Victor's Mexican Grille - Fulshear

My food was never delivered, and I didn't receive any explanation. I will be sharing my terrible experience with everyone.

We live in Fulshear and have made several attempts over the years to give this restaurant a fair shot. Unfortunately, the food is below average, the service is poor, and the restaurant is uncomfortably warm.

I ordered the chicken topped with cream and shrimp sauce. Unfortunately, both the chicken and shrimp were very rubbery. The rice and beans were decent, but nothing special. My wife had the shredded chicken enchiladas, and she thought they were pretty good.
