The food was alright. I personally liked the Mahi Tacos, but the other seafood was lacking. The service was bad to nonexistent. We must have waited 15 min for someone to take our drink orders, and once the food arrived, we were never once offered a refill. (Wich wasn't the end of the world because the tea and water had an awful taste to it) When we finished, we waited quite some time for the check, and finally decided to go Inquire about it. We ended up standing around our table waiting for it. I wonder if the server didn't feel the need to try because they automatically apply a 20% tip to party's of 8 or more.
Dog friendly, on the water, great food, friendly service. Loved it!
Seated and after 30 minutes still no service. Went to the hostess stand and asked if we had a server. A few minutes later we finally got service. No offer to discount the food. Almost 35 minutes to be waited on. Don’t come here without a few hours to eat.
We always eat here when we come to Rockport 1-2 times per year and it is usually quite good. The last couple years the food and service has been going downhill. When we ate there this time it made me think that I may not want to go back. It took an hour to get our appetizer, and we ordered large nachos but received a small nacho. When we told our waiter, he said if we send it back it will take another hour for a large order without an apology. I received my side salad after my main course. The Mahi tacos flour tortillas were hard like they were microwaved. As we were walking out an employee was yelling at another employee very loudly.
