Lido Beach Club - Funchal

We visited for lunch on a couple of days and enjoyed our visits. The terrace overlooks the lido and sea and has great views. The staff are friendly and we found the service good. It is the usual standard fare, we had toasted sandwiches one day and Pizza on our second visit, both were nice. If you’re walking along the promenade it’s a good place to stop for a drink and something to eat.

Awful, we waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order, when no one came we went to the bar to try place an order. We were rudely told it was table service only. Waited another 10 minutes for someone to coke and take the order. Still no one came so we had to leave as we were starving. Menu looks pretty standard cafe fare for Maderia with the usual options of pizza, pasta, omelettes, bolo do caco but cannot comment on quality.

Muito bonito, top vale a pena conhecer esta parte da ilha.
