A friend in the name of three couples, made a conditioned reservation that if the time was worse we didn't want gallery. When we got here, they were giving us out, and we didn't accept it. The receptionist and then a supposed manager, had the most inappropriate way of trying to resolve a conflict situation. In particular, the receptionist, came to the instances that prayed the most unpleasant in one being to another, in this case my wife. I therefore clarify I cannot qualify the site as a service, but if I can recommend resignation, passivity and accept what they want to impose and how to serve them.
