You were here a few times and were great before.. Now they close whenever they want. I guess I can't plan to stop here for dinner. Edit: I should have mentioned that I tried to order online and it would not leave me. Said the service was not available at that time.

I absolutely loved the subs! I'm so pleased they offer gluten-free options, which taste fantastic by the way! During our first visit, the staff member who assisted us was incredibly thorough in explaining the available options and ingredients. They were very patient as we took our time to understand the menu and place our order. Thank you!

My fiancé and I went to this location tonight and unfortunately despite the reviews the service was terrible. Specifically a younger kid with glasses working the orders. Management please review cameras? however, the young man had a terrible attitude, and was on his phone at the front while taking our order along with having his AirPods in at the same time. The line behind us was also very frustrated with the service also. . As someone who runs a customer service business I was very taken back by the lack of communication and customer service?. The sub was mediocre but was extremely soggy. It seems ever since COVID the service and product hasn?t been nearly as good. Please do better.

Staff seems tondo a lot of talking about High School matters when the eating area could be cleaned or being cleaned. Food is good somtimes its better whnlen others make it. Just the luck of the draw i guess.

The steak and cheese was delicious, and the restaurant was clean. However, I felt the prices were a bit high for the portion sizes. The staff was young and not very engaging; they seemed to be going through the motions. I even had to mention that it was my first time at a Firehouse, but their response was just lackluster. Overall, it was a bit underwhelming.
