Nice surprise, because happens by chance, and really a very nice place, terrace behind beautifully decorated and airy, the service is pleasant and we ate excellent pizzas, atypical (white base, ricotta base), with a superb paste. They serve as beautiful pieces of beef meat as well (blood, calf, tagliata, in addition to the bases). They take the ticket card resto too. Don't hesitate. prices are correct.
Good evening, fun dinner on shaded terrace, guinguette atmosphere, very pleasant though noisy (neighborhood roads) up to delicious pizzas, quality ingredients, top. idem meats. very smiling and efficient waitress, more expeditious boss. good but unbalanced tiramisu (too much cream, very little biscuit).
The first time I visited Copains was in August 2023, and the place was overrun with bees all over the exposed patisserie. The staff didn’t see any problem and continued to push the food. I visited again in June 2024 and thankfully there were no insects to be seen, although the patisserie is still exposed. Copains is a bit more expensive than other gluten free boulangeries in Paris. I got an eclair for €7 which tasted good, but perhaps not €7 good. My only other gripe with Copains is that the staff are very pushy. I assume they earn commission as they practically fall over each other to get your business and upsell hard. When I bought the eclair I was clear from the start that I just wanted to get a single product to eat now, yet the girl serving me tried to upsell 4 additional products. It was an uncomfortable transaction…
