Colborne House Cafe - Fylde

We used to frequent The Goldbourne cafe when we lived in Ilkley, and now that we have moved to the South Coast, we are still planning to visit in October. It is our top restaurant to visit. They serve the best pie and peas in the North, have a great atmosphere, and friendly staff. We are so relieved that they have survived the lockdown.

I am thrilled that you have reopened. I have really missed you. The friendly welcome was just as always. The food and everything else was just as good as before. Excellent COVID prevention measures are in place.

We absolutely adore this cafe and are regular visitors. The staff is fantastic and the food is superb. We particularly love the fruit pie with cream, it is a delightful indulgence!

I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl. Every other Saturday my dad used to bring me for pie, peas and gravy. I’m now and I still love the place! Swales is like walking into a time warp... I love it! Please...don’t ever change! It’s spotless the food is great and cheap! Love it and I love Swales always have and will. Now I take my children in and they too love it. The pie, peas and gravy is a must Xxx

What can I say but so friendly, feels like home and the kids love coming here they always pick this place first
