Queens Chicken And Pizza - Fylde

I order from here all the time, the food is amazing, any negative review must have been a rare bad night. The Chicken is particularly amazing and much better than KFC, the drivers are always friendly and polite and the staff in store are great, occasionally adding in a little free extra! I would highly recommend Queens, the only negative I would say is the portion size on the Donner Meat is a bit small, but i'm greedy.

What a joke of a place! A 2 hour wait for our food, after specifically being told it would be 45-1 hour latest. Every time I rang up they told me it was on its way. Staff members seem incapable of doing there job, as I was told that somebody should have rang me to inform me of the extra wait, which we didn’t receive, even after ringing to find out where the food was. Once the food finally arrived, we were expected to pay the full price after waiting 2 **** hours, and to make matters worse, they’ve got our orders COMPLETELY wrong. To be told there was only one delivery driver on tonight, yet 5 lads turn up in one car is actually abysmal. Would never order from this place again. **** joke, would not recommend to a single person and to be frank wouldn’t feed the food to my dogs. Seem to like to take there customers for a run around and clearly don’t care about giving them food or service of a high standard.

The restaurant has a lack of concern for its customers. No attention is given to their needs, as every order is consistently delayed and items are frequently missing.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times because I love their food so much. I highly recommend the deluxe burger meal, it's a 10/10!

Cold food and not even lamb donner its like mashed chicken no flavour. Not eating again after many years of eating there.
