Contribuisci feedbackOur food delivery just arrived and we were disappointed to find that the tuna salad had no tuna and the mighty meat sub had no meat. We have been waiting for replacements for over an hour since I called. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
Ordered sandwhiches. Every single was that came was wrong,missing something or not toasted, one sandwhich did not come and offered a new one but would take two hrs to arrive if we wanted it. Disgusting attitude off the lady on the phone stating she new there was a sub missing but they have been busy. No refund offered. No explanation for the sandwhiches missing things or added things that wasn't ordered other than them to say we tried to ring about the bread we had run out of. It doesn't justify that they cannot follow a simple order of what customers would like on a sandwhich. god forbid any of us had an allergy to the things that were added to the sandwhiches that hadn't been ordered. Staff obviously undertrained and have no concept of allergen awareness or food safety for that matter. Won't be ordering again.
The Kirkham Subway has always been a reliable choice for my favorite Italian Cheese and Herbs BMT. It's a franchise, but not just any franchise.
So supposedly shuts at 8pm every night apart from Sunday... I went on Monday night at 19.25 and got refused service as they were closed. This isn’t what I expect from a franchise like subway. They should abide by the times they claim to stay open till. All in all really disappointed.
Wasn't a large queue and was also 2 people working behind the counter, didn't have any hearty Italian bread and also the coffee tasted different to usual, waited 15 mins for a quick sandwich to made.
