Come here every timen Im working in St Annes. Always really fast and friendly service, extremely clean and tidy place and most importantly brilliant fresh food.

Found this place almost by accident. I had a very tasty cheese ham toastie and my wife had a ham salad sandwich which was generously filled. Great value!!
