Contribuisci feedbackI recently placed an mobile order. And I canceled the order few minutes later due to potbelly's internal error in their app. I called the shop. Andrew answered. He said within 24 to 48 hours my payment will be refunded. After 48 hours, the payment was not credited back. Then I called again. Andrew said he did not have enough time to request and submit my refund. What the heck!He said within 24 to 48hours. He was playing with a customer. It was terrible. He was irresponsible. And just now I waited another 24hours again. The payment was NOT STILL credited back. What is going on? He was lying to me again? I will call their shop again tomorrow first thin in the morning. I wonder how they treat customers in what manner. If they treat that way they will loose the business sooner or later.Few days later, I got a chance to talk to one of the Pot belly's manager. He listened to me very carefully and took a necessary action right away. As he said within a week. full refund was completed and I got a written massage via my email. This is my updated review.
Decent sandwich shop. Ordered a wreck sandwich on multi grain. Also found out you can have a “wreck” salad even though it is not on the menu
Bad setup. You have to wait in the general order line to pickup online order.
Orderd an avocado turkey Swiss sandwich.. All they put on was Avocado lettuce and tomatoes. My husband said there was 1 piece of turkey on it, no swiss cheese at all. My Chicken Mediterranen sandwich was a real let down.. BOO, NOT GOING BACK
Always know what I'm gonna get. Foods good and consistently so. Fast service ok prices.
