Taco Bell In Ketter - g

I go through the drive thru sometimes on my lunch break and they always have quick service and my food is made well and accurate.

Well this will be the last time I cone to this location! I always want to give places a chance but every time I come to this location. I am very disappointed. They never get my order right but they charge you for things you don't get. This time not only did they not get my order right but they gave my my drink in a dirty cup. The food was soggy. If you are really craving taco bell please do not go to this one. They will ruin your experience

Great customer service when making food but sad taco bell believes that the customer needs to use a computer to order food.

It was my boyfriends and I day off so we went through the drive thru this morning around 9 to order breakfast burritos, we sat there for a while waiting on someone to talk to us, no one did after awhile. So fine, we just ended up going inside and getting our food. My boyfriend didn’t get any bacon on his 2 burrito's, and my burritos barely had anything in them. I took a bite and got a mouthful of all bread.. so we went to the Biggpy next to them and got better customer service better food and a really good coffee

This place pretty consistently screws up orders in small ways. With that said, they really screwed up this last time. I ordered a CHEEZE-IT crunchwrap supreme and they gave it to me completely blown apart. I don't know how they did it but the edges were completely torn. The picture is supposed to be a crunchwrap but instead it's a... Pile? I don't know.
