Gerard's 1907 Tavern - g Green

I really enjoyed eating at Gerard's. It was suggested to us by a local and the food was quite delicious. We had the Beef Stroganoff with a Caesar Salad on the side and the Chicken Rosa. The flavor of the Stroganoff was excellent as was the Chicken. The salad was crisp and fresh. So...why the 4 stars instead of 5? Because even though it was good, beef stroganoff came with mashed potatoes instead of the traditional noodles. Second, stroganoff is made with sour cream in the gravy and this dish didn't taste like it had any sour cream. Therefore it was closer to a really good beef manhattan rather than stroganoff. Still good though, just not perfect.

Derek was a fabulous server. Very attentive, we never had to ask for refills or anything. Food was delicious. A definite place to go.

We had a group of about 8 people and had the best experience!! Everyones food and drinks were delicious. Our waitress was incredible (Bri) and the food was affordable.

Food here is fresh and tasty. My chicken, Swiss, and avocado sandwich was perfect. No brown on the avocado. The sweet potato fries were amazing. Love how they season their food, and at the correct level. Highly recommend eating here.

We sat at the bar and had a deink special and dinner special. This restaurant is consistently great!
