Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant is terrible. We waited 30 minutes for our online order, and they forgot one item. It took them 45 minutes to give us that missing item, but by then everything else was cold. When we got home, we realized they forgot to add chicken to the cantina bowl, and the cinnamon twists tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Absolutely disgusting!
The speed of the drive-through service at this restaurant is terrible. I'm not sure if they don't have enough staff, but it's a joke every time we visit. I don't usually leave reviews, but waiting in the drive-through for at least 20 minutes after ordering is ridiculous. I have worked in food service for most of my life, and it's not acceptable to run a facility like this.
