As a recent bride, I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with Ikes to warn anyone who is considering planning an event here of the absolute nightmare that awaited me on what was supposed to be one of the happiest days of my life. From the moment I began planning my wedding shower at this establishment, it was a cascade of disappointment, frustration, arguing and disrespect.Let 's start with the event planner, Stephanie, who was not only unhelpful but downright rude. From the get-go, she displayed a dismissive attitude, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding. She knit picked every single thing and was unwilling to work with me because I am a vegetarian. I literally had to fight her on getting myself served a vegetarian option.On the morning of my shower, the tables were adorned with yellow-stained, dirty, and wrinkled tablecloths. My bridesmaids had to scramble to purchase replacement tablecloths on the morning of to replace the restaurants table cloths because they were told “it’s all they had.”My guests were left waiting for over an hour past the scheduled time for their meals. The incompetence and lack of regard for my guests ' experience were beyond comprehension.To top it all off, when I voiced my concerns to Stephanie after the event, I was met with a dismissive remark: I 've never seen a shower go so fast, that’s why the food was late . Even though, she literally told me I HAD to be out of there in 3 hours.It’s a shame that they have the rudest person I have ever dealt with running the event planning, because I do enjoy the food, but I will never give a dime to Ikes again. I DO NOT recommend.

A delightful dining experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, and the service was impeccable.
