Great service, great food. It gets a bit crowded at times but the waiters have great energy

The food and coffee taste great. I enjoyed it. However, I feel that my order took so long. It could be that the airport was busy and they had more customers at the time I passed through. Nonetheless, I am happy with the restaurant.

Poor service.... Only two tables was busy but they took more than 45Min to take one order.... Management team need get involved or this will damage the brand

Food is really good, it’s unfortunate the service is so bad. Waitress charged me 100 pula extra on my bill for random things she decided to add. Theft is just not acceptable and absolutely disgusting! Look through your bill before paying, I always have the habit of swiping before looking but after this experience I’m more cautious

If you are visiting Gaborone Airport you must try Mugg and Bean and there delicious dishes I ordered a chicken mayo sandwich which comes with chips….wow the taste was so amazing
