Firehouse Subs Gadsden Al

I really cannot understand how difficult it is to read a screen and prepare a limited selection of sandwiches. It is a joke to calculate $45 for a few bread and lunch meat and not competent enough to do it right. Is there always something wrong?

The atmosphere was very comfortable and clean. It was nice that they brought our orders to the table instead of calling our name. Everything was fresh, warm and right. My favorite is the Hook Ladder. It's just a classic! Fresh turkey ham, with or without cheese all fixations, soooo good! The Corned Beef is in his own league! No one makes you like Firehouse Subs. All the gooey cheesy goodness, just yummy. I usually order large sandwiches, so I can get home extra for later. Just so good!

Just a star because ZERO stars were not an option... Don't waste your time! Two of our 3 sandwiches were wrong. Lady at the counter was rude, so I didn't send her back. Luckily, we're just pissed off and won't be back.

Bread was fine, order was wrong, and the employees seemed like they had hated their lives and all in them. It wasn't welcome. The only thing they did right was put a lot of meat and punches on my sandwich, but the taste of it was overcome by the taste and texture of stale white bread. I'll try it sometime, it might have been a bad day to go in.

Such a great experience today. Great food and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Special thanks to the young man who said he has been there for 11 years. He is amazing and always friendly and helpful. You are much appreciated!
