Great American Cookies - Gadsden

Always delicious and fresh. I love this place. Philly cheesesteak, beef, with Cajun ranch fries.

The food was good, but the customer service was terrible, and the staff was quite rude.

The woman who took our order informed us that the combo for the sandwich, wings, drink, and fries was $11.99. However, she later charged us an additional $1.50 for each order of fries. When we brought it up, she claimed that the fries were not included in the combo. While the food was tasty, the prices are quite outrageous.

The food is fantastic, and I really enjoy it. However, I encountered a rude response when I said thank you. It would be nice to receive a simple "you're welcome" in return.

I believe the manager's name is Sherry, and she does an outstanding job with the cakes. She's always friendly and remembers exactly what I like when I visit. I plan to return as often as possible for my cookie fix! Thank you, GAC in Gadsden, for the best cookies and warm smiles! It’s worth noting that those who leave negative reviews may have contributed to the situation themselves, so I think we should take them with a grain of salt. My experiences, as well as those of my friends and family, have always been positive. Perhaps those with complaints approached their interactions with negativity from the start. After all, it's just cookies—definitely not a life-or-death matter!
