Joe Muggs Coffee - Gadsden

I had the worst experience at the restaurant yesterday (6/9/2022). The waitress seemed to have an attitude and rolled her eyes when I placed my order for my nephews. She didn't even bother to ask me if I needed anything else. It was clear she was unhappy with her job. This was my second and final visit to the restaurant. They definitely need to improve their service.

I absolutely adore the vanilla wrap with celestial sauce at this restaurant. It's the only dish I ever order because it's incredibly delicious and creamy.

Mechelle makes the best caramel and coffee! It is deliciously sweet and Mechelle is very friendly and helpful.

I love Joe Muggs coffee. I drink it practically every day! Caramel iced coffees and literally any iced latte with whip is where it’s at.

While the coffee we got is good, the employees at the coffee shop, specifically, the cashier, EMILY, is the reason for the one star. My daughter and I were Happy, smiling and in a good mood and began placing our order. It would be considered a larger order I suppose. 5 coffees. 3 frozen, one black and two latte's. We were patient, did not mind repeating the order multiple times. however she rolled her eyes numerous times, huffed and puffed and slammed things down. I asked her if I has offended her, to which she looked surprised I confronted her. But denied it. Yet continued to huff, puff and roll her eyes! I must admit, I'm thankful I won't be going back there!
