Contribuisci feedbackOrdered twice during the trip by Gadsden stay on the Fairfield of Marriot and from the order for delivery everything was perfect! Thanks to Alicia, who was extra thorough to make sure everything was done right and we even had plates, cups and utensils. Very professional compared to other places that do not even supply hot pizza as you order it!
I have to say that the last two times we were there for lunch buffet, it wasn't good. The food was okay, but they couldn't keep pizzas at the buffet. It doesn't matter to wait a few minutes, but once you put on the buffet it's gone. There were some hungry people in there who upload their plates and don't leave for the rest of us, but maybe they need to make pizzas a bit faster. I wouldn't give the quality of today's pizza so well. I always loved eating here, but not anymore.
There was no pizza at the bar for the lunch buffet. Only 5 more people there and had to wait for pizza for over 20 minutes. The pasta was old and the sauce was cured. Salat bar missing items. No discount for all guests complaining
They delivered me the wrong pizza after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. Then they wanted to argue that they cut it themselves so that it was new it was the right pizza. I explained that I ordered 1 large, 1/2 meat lover and 1/2 garden, extra cheese on all filled crust. I got a regular crust meat and paprika all over the pizza and no extra cheese. Finally, she agreed to make another pizza that took 40 minutes to make and deliver. Not happy with them at all.
Unfortunately they we understaffed and kept telling us they would be with us as soon as they could, we wanted for 25 minutes never got a menu no drinks nothing so we left and wished the group that just sat down good luck on getting served. So someone else got our business that day. Which is a shame because I really do enjoy pizza hut
