Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Gadsden

This Popeyes is located in a truck stop, which means the prices are inflated to cater to truck drivers. The service is also lacking, even by fast food standards in 2022. It seems that staff don't put in much effort anymore. There are definitely better dining options in the area, so I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I spent nearly $20 on fries, a small serving of mac and cheese, and a tiny chicken sandwich, which was extremely dry and not even warm. I will definitely not be returning.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Popeyes. When I walked in, the managers and crew members were just hanging out outside. It was concerning to see that they weren't washing their hands, and the food tasted like the grease hadn't been changed in days. Given that this location charges more than other Popeyes, I expected the food to be fresh at the very least.

Didn’t have high expectations coming in 30 min before closing but employees were still nice and friendly. Very pleased with the spicy chicken tenders. A little pricey, but it’s in line for truck stop location.
