Contribuisci feedbackI have been coming here since 2019, most of the time they made my coffee wrong. And since last year the price started higher than other stores. I sometime come back just to see any improvement but no at all. The guy even so rude and in an attitude when I reminded him to shake my SHAKEN ESPRESSO. You guy call it shaken espresso and I myself ordered it just because it is shaken. About the breakfast, they gave me frozen double bacon sandwiches most of the time, I told them and next time my sandwich was burnt. I can't wait the new Starbucks in Rainbow drive.
If you have a dairy intolerance, don't go here. After specifically asking for non dairy in my drink (twice), don't think they heeded that request. It's not a request it's a requirement.Edit: If that's not the definition of a canned response by Starbucks, I don't know what is.
My favorite coffee!! Unfortunately the prices have gone up. This location closes way too early.
Every time I come here the drink is nasty or wrong or wait so long just leave after I’ve paid to bad it’s the only Starbucks around however as much as I’ve wanted to love this Starbucks considering it’s right up the road today was just the last straw and I won’t be back first of all the woman walked off while I was still ordering and proceeded to cash me out of card while I was paying with the app when I tried to get her attention she rolled her eyes and turned her back to me while still standing there I proceed to wait to pay still while the other two girls doing nothing gossip and when two people who one of the girls that is gossiping knows instead of checking me out so I can get my stuff moves on to them completely ignoring me when I tell her I need to scan my app I then wait several more minutes for the girl checking out her friends to stop talking and check me out keep in my other girl is in the corner looking dubious doing nothing I would have just left at this point if I hadn’t already promised a very anxiously waiting child a drink the girl at the register finally stops talking to her buddies and turns to me and I tell her that I was trying to tell her I still need to scan my app to pay and she was friendly enough mad excuses for the girl that rolled her eyes at me I tell her it’s not the fact that she walked off it’s the fact that I know she heard me because she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at me and turned her back to me and that the girl ignored me and started taking her friends order when I was in line first and still trying to finish my transaction I get in the car with not even half what I wanted cause keep in mind the girl walked off while I was still ordering to find the child’s drink is disgusting grainy and some substance at the bottom of the cup and the panini I ordered was smooshed so hard that I had to peak the paper away from the bread a cheese safe to say I just threw it all away wasted money won’t be back that’s for sure whoever owns this place needs to get the staff on the same page.
I come to this location all the time. It’s my favorite in the area, because the baristas are usually very accurate. When I come into the store, the baristas are usually pleasant enough. But, when they make a drink incorrectly, it is impossible to get them on the phone. They will not pick up, no matter how many times you call. I order a customized Venti Salted Caramel Crème Cold Foam Cold Brew, every single time. Tonight, my drink was made wrong, with whipped cream instead of cold foam on top. I have tried to call this store 4 times, and they will not answer. I live 30 minutes away and my husband picked up this drink for me on his way home from work. I can’t just bring it back. Please please improve on actually answering the phone. Your loyal customers would appreciate it. Very disappointing, as this drink costs way too much for it to be made incorrectly.
