Taco Bell - Gadsden

The assistant manager, a white lady, was very rude during my visit. I had requested extra chicken on my power bowl, but instead received just a small teaspoon of dried-up chicken, accompanied by rice and lettuce. When I returned to the counter to show her the minimal amount of lettuce, she rudely told me not to dirty her counter. Frustrated, I flipped the entire bowl over. In response, she called for someone to contact the police. I said I would, but I was clearly upset. Shortly after, the manager, who looked like she had just woken up from a nap, came out to address the situation. I explained my issue kindly, and she apologized, ultimately preparing a delicious bowl for me. However, I can only give this place one star since leaving feedback is mandatory. This will be my first and last visit.

I ordered a deluxe box that included a pink lemonade and two soft taco supremes. Unfortunately, the food was cold or barely warm and contained very little meat. It felt like we were just eating tortilla wraps with hardly anything inside. This was extremely disappointing. I attempted to call the restaurant but received no answer. On a positive note, the cinnamon twists and chicken Tostitos were good. However, the lemonade tasted watered down and lacked flavor. The customer service was excellent, but I was asked to pull up to the door and wait for my food because they were still cooking the chalupa, yet everything I received was cold. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience!
