Two days ago, I ordered two burger combos at A&W through the takeout window. The first combo was a chicken burger with fries and a Coke, and the second one was a beef burger with fries and a drink. The person at the window seemed fixated on the beef burger, assuming my nationality prohibits beef consumption. I clarified that it was for my husband. However, upon reaching home, I discovered that the fries were missing, and instead of the beef burger, they included a fish burger. Additionally, the chicken patty was unusually hard. I promptly called the store, and the assistant manager asked several questions, assuring me that the store manager would contact me. It has been two days, and I haven’t received any follow-up. This lack of communication is disappointing, and to add to the issue, I noticed that the amount I paid was more than what I received in my order. I hope to see a resolution to these concerns and an improvement in the service.

My recent visit to this A&W location left me somewhat disappointed. While I'm typically a fan of A&W's food, the cleanliness of this particular restaurant was a major letdown. The dining area was quite dirty, with uncleaned tables, and the floor could have used a good sweep.The food, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations either. The service at the counter was average, but I expected better from a reputable fast-food chain like A&W.I understand that fast-food restaurants can get busy, but maintaining cleanliness is essential for customer satisfaction. I hope they pay more attention to this aspect in the future, as it significantly impacts the dining experience.In summary, my experience at this A&W Canada location was subpar due to cleanliness issues. The food and service were just okay. I'd be willing to give it another chance in the hope that things have improved, but for now, I can only give it a 2-star rating.

Frozen Root Bee was a bit disappointing. It's a not-buy-twice thing. The big chunks of ice is odd and it's not what I know A&W Root Beer is. I'm not sure if they can it more obvious that the chicken strips are not really strips of chicken. They look really weird.
