Burger King - Gaetz Brook

The lady that took my order adjustments over the phone really went above and beyond I wish I got her name. thank you

Fries were cold and hard as rock, uneatable. The "salad" was a leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato (which would be the bare minimum if it were a side salad, but it was a meal salad). My drink was flat out missing. The burger was squished and the bun fused to the meat, obviously defrosted in a microwave, but at least it was okay tasting. The coffee was good, bravo. All this combined to the fact that I had very similar issues a couple months ago (I ordered cheese sticks that came solid cold and rotten it was disgusting just to look at them) is too much. I decided to give this restaurant a second shot and I was utterly disappointed. That was probably my last order ever at this place.

Whoever made my food is the best!!! Thank you thats the best burger I have eaten in a long time.

Large fries rarely come with a large amount of fries. But i guess thats what everybody else does too anyways :

Food was good. Smooth Roast Coffee was AWFUL.
