Arby's - Gahanna

Pulled up at Arby’s drive thru at 9:55 pm and was told they by the person running the drive-through that Arby’s was closed You guys close at 10 right it’s only 955 when I said that no one else responded. I said hello several times but no one respond Very disappointed if they closed at 9:55 PM then it should say we close at 9:55 PM online and not 10 PM

Ordered Milkshake. Had a sour milk taste. The guy behind the counter just shrugged and walked

How is it that this Arby’s location in Gahanna, Ohio can be out of roast beef? That is absolutely ridiculous. Their order board has not worked for months and they never turn their menu light on. The manager of this location should be talked to about running a restaurant.

How is it that a roast beef restaurant can be out of roast beef. Who ever does the ordering should be fired. This location also has a broken ordering board which has not worked for months and they do not turn the lights on for the drive thru menu board. This location needs to have a thorough review of their operating procedures.

Just went thru drive thru. Why are the fast food places having trouble with their milkshake machines?? Besides that, it was decent.
