Love this chipotle more than any other you always make my food right

We were quite disappointed with the double steak burrito we ordered. It contained about eight small pieces of steak, which is far from what qualifies as a double portion. That's definitely not the experience you get when you order a burrito in person at Chipotle. When you think of a Chipotle burrito, you picture it being overstuffed and requiring two hands to eat, not a meagerly filled item. Although this location is the closest to us, we might need to start trying other locations in person and consider removing it from our go-to list on DoorDash!

I'm usually very pleased with Chipotle, but this time it didn't quite hit the mark. The chips were soggy and stale, and the beef in my burrito bowl was tough and lacking flavor. Unfortunately, the food just wasn't good on this occasion. On a positive note, this isn't typical; I usually have a great experience with both the food and this specific Chipotle location.

I would like to express my gratitude to this particular Chipotle for a fantastic experience. We arrived on Saturday, June 7th, at 9:50 PM after a long day of travel. Even though it was just 10 minutes before closing time, the staff were incredibly friendly. They welcomed us with smiles and let us take our time eating. I highly recommend this Chipotle and all the employees working that special night—a huge shoutout to them! Other restaurants would benefit from having team members like you!
