Donatos Pizza - Gahanna

Always clean, customer service is great, and my pizza is always well made and hot ?

Used to have good experiences at this donatos but i went to eat here with my family and there front cashier wasn’t working. We had to go up front and they told us to sit down so we did and they told us to write are orders on a peice of paper and they served us are pizza. It was good. But when we had to pay they didn’t even know what we ordered so we had to tell them. It was very unorganized and bad management.

Food and service has always been good. This place is getting expensive. If you don’t have coupons it’s hard to afford it. But overall plenty of parking, nice staff, and solid food.

Seems like the internet is the only thing that causes change to happen nowadays, so here I am One of our Pizzas was burnt yesterday 11/30 after spending almost $50 . We were promised a credit towards our next order. So Tonight 12/01 (a little over 24hours later) we make another order *almost $50* upon pickup we were denied that credit. Wont be back to this location.
