Firehouse Subs South Gahanna

My best service and food this time. My Hook and Ladder Sub was very good and exactly how I ordered it. The wait for food was not long and the food was hot. The dining area and restrooms were clean. Thanks.

First time I was ever at a Firehouse Sub. I order the Italian sub which was delicious. Great place. Great service and the guys here are very courteous and professional.

Showed up at 7:22 pm Monday evening the store closes at 9pm. All the chairs were up and the staff was moping the floors. No service.

The food is pricy for the size of the sub. The dining room is crowded with tables that are too large for the space or there are too many of them, causing limited walking space. You can't help but bump into seated people as you try to navigate the dining area.

This restaurant served good sandwiches and greeted you with a smile. After a short wait in line, we were able to order. There were only 2 employees visible, so they did a remarkable job getting us good food quickly. The inside tables were covered with crumbs, and none had been cleaned from previous customer visits. It makes me wonder if it's untidy in front of the counter, what's it like back where they are preparing my food?
