Rusty Bucket And Tavern - Gahanna

It was my mom's birthday, and she wanted to celebrate at this restaurant. However, when we arrived, there were several tables available (more than three), yet we were told we couldn't be seated for 35 minutes, despite there being no one ahead of us. We usually dine here or get takeout once a week and supported this restaurant throughout the pandemic. Unfortunately, we were treated very poorly by the manager during our visit, who offered numerous excuses. It’s really disappointing.

The food was great everytime we ate there. The service was a step above. There was one staff member that stood out and was amazing. We went to the bar on Saturday to watch The Ohio State football game and Jill just blew me away. Not only did she rockit out running the bar and serving food. She was greeting and seating patrons, answering the phone and still never missed asecond serving us at the bar. So if you get lucky enough to visit here and meet Jill, then just be ready to tip, tip, tip! Whatan amazing experience.

Angela was an exceptional waitress. I can't emphasize this enough. She is the main reason I'm writing this review, and a significant factor in why we enjoyed our dinner so much. Angela was friendly and efficient, handled everything perfectly, and even assisted us in choosing our meals since it was our first visit. It seems that service at many restaurants has declined recently, so it was a refreshing change to be treated so well by her.

I sat at the bar and received excellent service! The Blueberry Bella is one of my all-time favorite drinks. The food was fantastic, the bartender was wonderful, and the drinks were incredible!

Sicilian pizza is to die for, best pizza I have ever had and I have had a lot of pizza. Service was good. People were friendly. Nice atmosphere. This one is definitely worth checking out.
