Recently moved to Gainesville, and I have been recommended Adam's so many times that I finally decided to give it a whirl.

Excellent ribs, baked beans, and sweet potato fries! Huge half rack with enough left to take home. Friendly staff and great prices were in cing in the cake. We really enjoyed our meal and will be back.

Got take out to sample a variety, and everything was fantastic. The ONLY downside was that the sides were a little small for the price, but they were all good. The meats all of them were some of the best smoked meats I've had in years. Onion rings were a star!! Anybody who likes rings needs to go here, big crispy order.
