Dunkin' - Gainesville

It’s a decent Dunkin’ Donuts. One of the employees for some reason felt like he was rushing us to finish ordering at the counter as if the store and drive thru was packed even though we were the only people in the location but other than that it’s good. The donuts taste good. Also this isn’t the fault of the store, but don’t expect to use your phone if you have T-Mobile. There is absolutely no cell service and the stores Wi-Fi barely works.

I appreciate the consistency of customer service at this location (in front of Walmart on 13th heading toward Alachua). It doesn't matter who takes your order, gives you the order, or is making your order they give you great service!I hope this location continues to value their employees (bc this shows in attitude) and gets passed on to costumers. This is how you run a successful business in this day and age.

My go to store. I go every day. The friendly amazing staff know me by name.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude. They cut me off while I was picking up my order.

I ordered a coffee at this restaurant. It seems to be run by only one person at the moment. The donuts were a bit stale and the munchkins were not worth the time in my opinion. The drive-thru is like a maze and it's unclear whether they will find your order. Good luck.
