What a terrible experience. Never order online here. I ordered a sandwich, went to get it, and was said the sandwich was not in stock, and they refused to pay a refund because I ordered online. I called companies and they say I'm a refund. The store refused. They also gave me a medium drink when I ordered a big online and refused to turn it off. To **** a college student out of money. Enjoy the $6 you stole.

I was sure the donut could not be raw, but it's so dough on the floor. The manager told me about too much Icing and it just got?soggy?. Has not offered any excuses or offer everything to make it better. She assured me it wasn't raw. I pay the extra money to go elsewhere after this experience.

I'm a Dunkin woman. Coffee, app and locations are the best.

Hands down bad experience with a dunkin donuts in my life. He waited 45 minutes to have the whole order 4 different times grounded, while several other people came to complain their orders were screwed. At some point, I got a refund and my order, which was ultimately wrong. I just wanted to roast three bagels with cream cheese. I have three unroasted bagels with butter. Unbelievable.

At Approximately 1:23 pm I Walked inside to Buy a Coffee and a Sandwich. The Lady at the Register who Took My Payment, Grabbed a Cup and was Going to Fix my Coffee. She Did NOT Have Gloves on, I told Her, NO Gloves on, NO SERVICE. I told Her that NO One Should be touching Coffee Cups or Lids as Well as Other Drinks without Gloves on because of the Virus. Another Lady working at this Duncan Donuts was also Fixing drinks with NO Gloves on at the Drive Thru Area. ALL Of the Other LADIES and MEN that Had Gloves ON, I Would Like to Thank You for Professionalism as Well as Your Hard Work in Protecting Your Customers from the Virus. Management NEEDS to Retrain the Two Ladies that didn't Wear Gloves. EVERYONE Did Have a Mask on and I Thank You for That. I Would NOT Recommend this Place to Anyone until Management Makes Changes and Retrains The 2 Ladies. ?SAFETY FIRST?
