Hungry Howie's Pizza - Gainesville

I love the products from Hungry Howie's when I actually receive the right items. I ordered a chicken salad but was delivered chicken with some tiny Howie's bread and sauce on top. I don't eat spicy chicken, so the $9.59 meal they sent instead of my salad was entirely inedible for me. Since it was delivered and I couldn't eat it, I haven't received any credit from Hungry Howie's yet. I probably should have placed my order through the app, but I believe Hungry Howie's is responsible for the mix-up. I ordered a salad with chicken, but what I got was eight pieces of bone-in chicken with a small portion of Howie's bread. None of my family could eat it because it wasn't what we ordered.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service. The representative spoke over me the entire time and told me to contact DoorDash before abruptly hanging up. The staff was quite rude.

Amazing location with a clean store and restroom facilities. The staff and owner are extremely friendly. The pizza is incredibly fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area!

The Cinnamon Howie Bread was a bit overwhelming with cinnamon for my liking, but I really enjoyed the Three Cheeser Howie Bread.
