Latin Food Blessing - Gainesville

The food is freshly prepared and absolutely excellent. It's a family-owned restaurant that offers top-notch quality. I'm giving it 5 stars!

I ordered the Ají de Gallina, and while the flavor was excellent and the portion size was decent, I found it lacking in protein. There were only three or four small pieces of meat, and it was mostly made up of potatoes.

My boyfriend ordered takeout for me, even though he has dined there many times. I tried the ceviche and a creamy jalapeño chicken dish, both of which were absolutely delicious! I haven't been inside the restaurant myself, but my boyfriend says it's really charming and family-owned. He even bought a piece of art from them that was created by the grandfather! It has a unique Peruvian flair and offers fresh, delightful flavors!

The food is good but the service needs to improve, very slow, they do not have permanent waiters outside, the same person serves outside and it seems that he also cooks.

This restaurant is a must try. If you are looking for authentic Peruvian food, this restaurant is this place. The service was fantastic and very nice. The food was very delicious. We will definitely be coming back here.
